instead of parental control just make sure u use t-mobile they have internet and when you go on any 18+ website it blocks it and with u-fix pay plan they cannot use more than the minutes on the tariff.

For you talk to include texting then excluded other things finally my daughter just changed the plan to some friends with different plans and several other stuff it has worked so far with the plan to get texting on their phones my daughter just changed.
