Instead of trying to hack the parental controls you can just do all your surfing behind a proxy site. This is the one I use all the time just type in the address of the site in the form (ex. or whatever.com) and you’ll be able to visit any site that might be blocked.

Don’t listen to these guys. I’ll tell ya. I perfectly understand what you mean about parents overdoing it.
The easiest way is to hack into your moms account and then change the settings. to hack in is easy, if u have a windows xp. first, go 2 run on the start menu, then type ‘cmd’ (no ‘) and click run. u should have a black screen with writing. then type ‘net user’ and press enter. then type ‘net user (whatever ur moms account name is) *’ and enter again. DO NOT forget the *. after that, just type the password u want. it wont show u writing it, but it still works. press enter, type again, enter, then go on ur moms account. from there, just change the settings.
